About The Position
Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is seeking a full-time, Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for their Federal Way Medical Center clinic. This role focuses on providing exceptional patient care with comprehensive practice and administrative support, allowing physicians to concentrate on clinical responsibilities. WPMG exclusively serves Kaiser Permanente members in Washington state and is a large, respected multi-specialty practice with over 1,300 clinicians. The ideal candidate will have experience or flexibility with telehealth and digital health. This position is 100% outpatient with no call required, offering an excellent patient balance and support from a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team. An Inbox support team will manage a significant portion of messages, and AI Scribing & Summarization tools are available to reduce charting time. The integrated healthcare model provides instant access to numerous specialties for comprehensive patient treatment.
Requirements
- Medical Degree MD/DO Required
- BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Required
- Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
- Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License

- Salary Range: $279,366 to $328,666 (prorated based on FTE)
