About The Position

We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient practice in Culpeper, Virginia. This is a 100% outpatient position with no hospital responsibilities, no after-hours call, and excellent support systems designed to reduce burnout and improve physician satisfaction.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult and family medicine patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive care and wellness visits
• Develop long-term patient relationships and care plans
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary providers
• Utilize evidence-based medicine to improve patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers and support staff
