About The Position

We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing long-term care practice in Williamsport, PA. You'll provide primary and chronic care to patients in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living communities with dedicated clinical and administrative support. This role offers strong compensation, manageable patient volumes, and better work-life balance.

Requirements

• MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain
• DEA registration or ability to obtain

Nice To Haves

• Long-term care or geriatric experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and chronic care
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with APPs, nursing teams, specialists, and families
