New Grad Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (3-day work week)
About The Position
TotalCare Walk-In Clinic is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for their Chino clinic. This multi-specialty medical group provides services in internal medicine, family medicine, cardiology, urgent care, and medical aesthetics. With a collaborative team of 25 providers across 8 locations, they offer a supportive environment for both new graduates and experienced providers to serve underserved communities in Southern California. The role focuses on building a strong foundation in primary care/urgent care, with hands-on experience in common procedures. The Medical Director leads weekly provider meetings for feedback, case discussions, and clinical research updates. Clinical support is available from a team of 6 MDs with extensive experience, either in-person or via phone during all shifts.
Requirements
- New graduate Nurse Practitioner.
- Full-time availability.
- Ability to work a schedule including three weekday shifts (8:00 AM–8:00 PM) and one weekend shift every other week (9:00 AM–5:00 PM).
- No call duties.
- No clinical inbox responsibilities.
- Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.
- Mandarin fluency is strongly preferred.
