About The Position
Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce a Nurse Practitioner opening for a Family Practice clinic located in Fort Worth, TX. This is an established state-of-the-art clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients of all ages. The clinic is equipped with the latest technology and supported by a team of experienced healthcare professionals committed to creating a welcoming environment where every patient feels valued and cared for. POSITION DETAILS: Monday –Friday Full Time Schedule Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, illnesses, and injuries. EPIC EMR documentation system Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and prevention.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- PA Certification and TX license required.
- Minimum 2-3 years family practice experience required.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Advanced Nursing Program and have a current RN license for the State of Texas.
- Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas.
- The NP will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, illnesses, and injuries.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and prevention.
