About The Position
One Medical is hiring a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant for its Tempe Gateway office in Tempe, Arizona. The role provides primary care through a mix of in-office and occasional telehealth visits, with a schedule of four days in the clinic and one day remote. Providers manage a patient panel with a broad range of needs, including acute, chronic, and wellness care, and collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teammates. The role includes opportunities to perform in-office procedures and ongoing clinical learning.
Requirements
- Complete an accredited FNP or PA program and hold national certification.
- Within the past five years, have at least two years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+); or have at least one year in such a setting plus either a one-year primary care fellowship or at least one year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+).
- Be licensed in Arizona by the One Medical start date.

- Demonstrate clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.

Responsibilities
- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treat patients in the office or testing centers and conduct occasional telehealth visits.
- Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
- Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
- Use clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
