Family Medicine NP or PA, 4 days in Clinic – Redwood Falls, MN
About The Position
Join a team of eight advanced practice providers and five family medicine physicians at CentraCare – Redwood Falls, Minnesota. Provide comprehensive, patient-centered family medicine care as part of a collaborative team that includes physicians, APPs, and psychology. The modern, integrated hospital and clinic offers onsite services and access to a wide range of specialties, supported by CentraCare, a large Minnesota health system. The position is full-time at 0.8 FTE and onsite. The schedule is a four-day work week, with two days in clinic and two days at Lower Sioux Clinic. Shifts are eight hours, scheduled between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. CentraCare – Redwood provides hospital and clinic services in a state-of-the-art facility. Services include a 14-bed Level IV trauma center with a three-bed OB unit, a surgery department performing more than 1,000 procedures annually, an aquatic therapy pool, wide-bore MRI, visiting specialists, and Home Health and Hospice care within a 30-mile radius. Redwood Falls is a Minnesota River community with four-season recreation, strong schools, and local amenities.
Requirements
- Current NP certification or Minnesota Physician Assistant licensure, or eligibility for licensure.
- Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card.
- DEA registration is required before receiving clinical privileges.
