About The Position

CentraCare is hiring a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Redwood Falls, Minnesota. The clinician will provide comprehensive, patient-centered family medicine in a modern, integrated hospital and clinic alongside family physicians, other APPs, and psychology, with access to onsite services and a wide range of specialties. The role is based at CentraCare – Redwood Falls and includes work at the Lower Sioux Clinic.

The position is full-time at 0.8 FTE, with a four-day work week consisting of two days in clinic and two days at the Lower Sioux Clinic. The schedule is daytime, eight-hour shifts, listed as 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The advertised annual salary range is $112,518.85–$128,651.12, based on 1.0 FTE; compensation for a reduced FTE will be prorated. Additional pay may be available through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

CentraCare is a not-for-profit health system serving Central, West Central, and Southwestern Minnesota. CentraCare – Redwood provides hospital and clinic services at a state-of-the-art facility, including a Level IV trauma center, OB unit, surgery department, aquatic therapy pool, MRI, visiting specialists, and Home Health and Hospice services. The position is located in Redwood Falls, a community with four-season recreation, schools, and other local amenities.

Requirements

• Current NP certification or Minnesota Physician Assistant licensure, or eligibility for licensure.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card.
• DEA registration before receiving clinical privileges.
