About The Position

Harbin Clinic Family Medicine Cedartown is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support an established collaborative outpatient family medicine practice. This role is ideal for an APP who values team-based care, meaningful patient relationships and the opportunity to improve access in a close-knit community practice. Provide outpatient family medicine care as an extension of a four-physician team, supporting established physician panels across the practice. Partner closely with physicians and clinical staff to help meet patient demand, improve timely access to care and support efficient clinic operations. Serve patients in a welcoming small-town practice known for its supportive team culture, low turnover and strong commitment to treating patients like family.

Requirements

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant eligible to practice in Georgia.
  • Acute Care NP, Primary Care NP or PA training/certification, as applicable to licensure and role scope.
  • Georgia state licensure.
  • New graduates will be considered.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills and commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments and provide care for established patients from physician panels.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the physician team.
  • Manage medications, review laboratory and imaging results and coordinate follow-up care.
  • Address routine and urgent patient concerns in a timely, patient-centered manner.
  • Provide coverage support during physician absences and help maintain continuity of care.
  • Support physician panel management; this role does not carry an independent patient panel.
  • Procedures are not for this position.
