Atrium Health Primary Care Indian Trail Family Medicine, located in Indian Trail, NC opened in 1997 to serve the rapidly growing area of Indian Trail and the surrounding communities such as Matthews, Monroe, and Stallings. With more than 1,000 primary care physicians across our System, we are dedicated to transforming the delivery of healthcare while providing superior patient experience.
