Job Summary: Responsible for the financial management, personnel management, policy development, clinic management, regulation compliance, staff development, and other overall planning for the Family Medicine Residency clinic, Internal Medicine Residency clinic, and the Transitions of Care Center. Implements the vision of the residency program directors and the clinic medical directors (the directors) in the Family Medicine and Internal Medicine residency clinics; leads action plan development to move the residencies’ primary clinical sites in the direction provided by the directors. Coordinates, monitors, and revises (in collaboration with the medical director(s)) quality improvement (QI) indicators for each responsibility area. Prepares and submits operating and capital budgets by designated deadlines. Develops and implements the staffing pattern and staffing policies. Performs miscellaneous duties and fulfills other responsibilities not expressly described herein.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
  • Five (5) years of job-related experience
