Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the financial management, personnel management, policy development, clinic management, regulation compliance, staff development, and other overall planning for the following clinical sites: Family Medicine Residency clinic, Internal Medicine Residency clinic, and the Transitions of Care Center.

  • Implements the vision of the residency program directors and the clinic medical directors (the directors) in the Family Medicine and Internal Medicine residency clinics; leads action plan development to move the residencies’ primary clinical sites in the direction provided by the directors.
  • Coordinates, monitors, and revises (in collaboration with the medical director(s)) quality improvement (QI) indicators for each responsibility area.
  • Prepares and submits operating and capital budgets by designated deadlines.
  • Develops and implements the staffing pattern and staffing policies.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties and fulfills other responsibilities not expressly described herein.
