Our team takes pride in helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence. We are seeking a Paralegal to join our growing team in a full-time capacity. This role is ideal for a professional who values meaningful client work, thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, and takes pride in helping attorneys and clients stay organized, prepared, and supported throughout the legal process. You will play an important role in case progression, document preparation, client communication, discovery management, and court filing support across a variety of family law matters.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3+ years of paralegal or legal support experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and project management ability
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Odyssey
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience welcomed

Nice To Haves

  • Family law or domestic relations experience preferred
  • strong litigation support experience

Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys through all phases of family law matters
  • Draft pleadings, motions, orders, and related legal documents
  • Prepare financial affidavits
  • Draft and assist with discovery requests and responses
  • Assist clients with gathering and producing discovery materials
  • Manage case files, records, and document databases
  • Process filings through Odyssey
  • Communicate with clients in person, by phone, and by email
  • Coordinate deadlines, calendars, and case progression
  • Conduct legal and factual research as needed
  • Provide additional administrative and case support as assigned

Benefits

  • $55,000 to $62,000/ 1-2 Years
  • $62,500 - $75,000/3-4 Years experience and flexibility for a highly qualified candidate with relevant family law experience.
