We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Family Law Paralegal to support one attorney. This role involves a variety of responsibilities in a busy practice, including drafting legal documents, client interaction, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in drafting legal documents with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Comfortable managing and maintaining detailed records.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with a diverse client base.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in family law is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement conference statements, trial statements, and child support documents.
• Perform redaction of sensitive information in legal documents.
• Interact professionally with clients, providing support and communication as needed.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files and records.
• Collaborate closely with the attorney and legal assistant to ensure smooth case management.
