About The Position
Bilingual (Spanish/English) Family Law Paralegal Escobar Law PLLC is seeking a highly organized, and compassionate Family Law Paralegal to join our Dallas office. This is a full-time, on-site position for a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional who is passionate about helping families navigate challenging legal matters.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (REQUIRED)
- Strong organizational and case management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 2 years of Family Law experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence
- Manage and maintain organized case files and detailed case notes
- Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, and mediations
- Track deadlines and ensure timely filing of court documents
- Schedule appointments, hearings, and client meetings
- Provide exceptional client service while maintaining confidentiality
