About The Position
Boutique West Hollywood Family Law firm seeking an associate attorney. The Firm represents high net-worth individuals in areas including divorce, paternity, and Post-Judgment modification matters involving issues of spousal support, child custody, and property division. Drafting and negotiating of premarital & post marital agreements. The right person will have a passion for practicing family law, and will be able to manage their own cases, with support from fellow associates and senior attorneys.
Requirements
- 2 year’s experience in family law
- Experience drafting legal documents, researching and analyzing case law
- Experience attending client meetings, depositions and court hearings
- Must be willing to represent high net-worth individuals in areas including divorce, paternity, and Post-Judgment modification matters involving issues of spousal support, child custody, and property division
