About The Position

As a Family Law Associate Attorney, you will handle a variety of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, property division, domestic violence, and more. Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Maryland (required).
• Seeking 2-5 years of family law experience.
• Strong litigation and courtroom skills.
• Excellent legal writing, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• A client-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality representation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of family law matters from start to finish.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Attend hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations.
• Work closely with clients to develop case strategies and provide guidance throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure excellent client service.
