Requirements

- Active New Jersey Bar license.
- Family law experience handling divorce, custody, and support matters.
- Experience drafting motions and managing litigation workflows.
- Strong client communication and case management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, and support.
- Draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents.
- Conduct depositions and prepare case strategy.
- Represent clients in court hearings, negotiations, and proceedings.
- Advise clients on legal options and case developments.
- Perform legal research and case analysis.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to drive case outcomes.
