Requirements

  • Experience in family law or related legal fields, demonstrating a strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
  • Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents with precision and compliance.
  • Skilled in representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, aiming for favorable outcomes.
  • Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with senior attorneys and legal staff in developing effective case strategies.
  • Strong research skills to conduct thorough legal research, supporting case preparation and client advisement.
  • Excellent communication skills to maintain clear and consistent updates with clients, fostering trust and transparency throughout the case process.
  • Must be licensed in Maryland.
