About The Position

Key Law Office is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. We are a well-established, locally rooted firm known for our client-centered approach, trial experience, and commitment to achieving meaningful results for families in Central Texas. The attorney will handle all aspects of family law cases from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, hearings, mediation, and trial. They will provide direct counsel to clients, managing expectations and helping them navigate difficult circumstances with professionalism and empathy. The role involves regular court appearances and maintaining strong relationships with local judges, court staff, and colleagues. Collaboration with the Key Law Office team is essential to advance client outcomes and uphold the firm’s high standards.

Requirements

Licensed to practice law in Texas, in good standing.
At least 3 years of family law experience with a proven record of managing cases independently.
Strong courtroom and client communication skills.
Ability to balance assertive advocacy with empathy and professionalism.

Local practice experience in Central Texas preferred.
