The firm is open to candidates with direct family law experience, as well as attorneys with a strong litigation background who are interested in transitioning into this practice area.

Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the Nevada Bar (or ability to obtain)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law or related litigation
Strong litigation skills, including courtroom exposure and motion practice
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively

Responsibilities

Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related proceedings
Manage cases from intake through resolution, including court appearances, motion practice, and settlement negotiations
Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents
Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management
Handle a smaller portion of estate planning matters as needed
