About The Position
Washington Legal Group is a tech-forward statewide law firm, and we're growing our Family Law practice. We're looking for a contract Family Law Attorney who's ready to hit the ground running with a built-in caseload and a firm that invests in modern tools so you can focus on the law.
Requirements
- Active Georgia bar license in good standing
- 1+ year of family law or litigation experience
- Strong drafting skills & courtroom presence
- Client-first mindset — family law requires empathy as much as expertise
Responsibilities
- Handling divorce, custody, support, and related family law matters
- Drafting pleadings, motions, settlement agreements & parenting plans
- Representing clients in hearings, mediations & negotiations
- Managing cases in Clio & Lawmatics
