Family Law Attorney
About The Position
The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of family law experience, a CT bar license, and a desire to work independently while learning from seasoned family law attorneys. This role requires trial experience and a solid track record of strong results for clients. Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills are essential, as are strong communication and advocacy skills. A client-service mindset, characterized by being responsive, personable, and professional, is crucial. The candidate should possess a collaborative spirit, be comfortable working with multiple attorneys with different styles, and have a self-starter mentality. This includes being organized, motivated, and willing to do what it takes to support clients during difficult times. Engagement in the community and profession is a plus, with bonus points for leadership roles.
