About The Position

This position is for Wraparound Delaware (New Castle County). Requirements

• BA or BS degree in social work, psychology or related field required.
• Must possess or obtain certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Possess relevant experience working with youth and families in the community.
• Active, unrestricted driver's license & reliable personal vehicle.

Nice To Haves

• Bi-lingual candidate preferred but not required.
• Familiar with community based services in Delaware.
• Good computer skills a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented, with good time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Effectively engage with youth, families and professionals to develop individualized plans designed to meet family needs and Court requirements.
• Ability to work as part of a team including professional and non professional members.
• Implement a variety of interventions for families.
• Ongoing awareness of community resources.
• Create effective relationships with individuals of different cultural beliefs and lifestyles.
• Works well under pressure.
• Comfortable with public speaking and testifying before a Court.
• Able to effectively manage deadlines.
