About The Position

This position is for Wraparound Delaware (New Castle County). Wraparound Maryland, Inc. dba Wraparound Delaware is a non-profit mental health services company focusing on our mission to provide all individuals with the means to inspire, empower and actuate their own unique vision and goals guided by our holistic, person-centered approach. Our vision is for all people to know they are strong. You will have an intricate role in the company's sustainability and meeting goals. We are looking for energetic advocates to join our teams. As a Family Interventionist, the successful candidate will have the ability to effectively engage with youth, families and professionals to develop individualized plans designed to meet family needs and Court requirements. Ability to work as part of a team including professional and non professional members.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in social work, psychology or related field required
• Must possess or obtain certification in First Aid and CPR
• Possess relevant experience working with youth and families in the community
• Familiar with community based services in Delaware
• Active, unrestricted driver's license & reliable personal vehicle
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer skills a plus
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented, with good time management skills

Nice To Haves

• Bi-lingual candidate preferred but not required
