Family Engagement Specialist
About The Position
West Chicago Elementary School District 33 is seeking a motivated and energized Family Engagement Specialist to join their team. This is an 11-month position with opportunities for additional summer work. The role requires fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively serve the diverse families within the district. The district serves a Pre-K through 8th grade population of 4,530 students across five elementary schools, one preschool, and one middle school. The student population is highly diverse, with approximately 80.1% Hispanic, 13.8% White, 2.5% Asian/Pacific Islander, and 2.6% Black students. The mission of the district is to empower all students to reach their maximum potential and contribute to society.
