Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Family Stabilization Program Coordinator & Program Director, the Family Development Associate (FDA) is responsible for performing a variety of activities to implement the Family Stabilization Program which connects families and individuals experiencing homelessness with resources and services to help meet their basic needs and establish housing plans. Services include supporting clients in locating permanent housing, connecting clients to rental assistance programs, and one-on-one case management to reduce and end homelessness in our community. Family Stabilization is committed to providing services that are trauma-informed, strength-based, person centered and empowerment oriented. Services will be in keeping with agency goals, objectives, mission and style and provided within a team framework
