Family Connections Consultant
About The Position
Join SAGE Counseling as a full-time Family Connections Consultant (FCC) and make an impact with those involved with the Department of Child Safety. Our treatment programs are specifically designed for families within the child-welfare system, grounded in evidence-based standards. SAGE is a dynamic, growing, and friendly agency seeking individuals to provide a variety of services to support SAGE clients. This includes conducting home visits, completing assessments with families, and developing service plans aligned with DCS goals. This is primarily an in-person position with some remote duties possible. The role offers a flexible schedule but requires availability for nights and weekends as needed, serving clients throughout the Phoenix Valley.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Social Work (BSW) or related behavioral health field required
- A minimum of 1 (one) year of human services work-related or internship experience required
- Reliable transportation required, including proof of insurance and clean 5-year driving record
- This position may require transportation of children.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in In-Home behavioral health services preferred
- Professional documentation and utilization of Electronic Health Record experience highly preferred
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
