The Family and Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for the successful recruitment and onboarding of new students and families, as well as curating engaging activities for both new and returning families with LEAD Public Schools. This role coordinates most of the school's family and community engagement activities and is tasked with creating a robust plan to aid in student recruitment, onboarding, retention, and engagement. As one of the first points of contact for families, this role requires the ability to build genuine relationships, manage ambiguity, and implement new ideas within a team setting. The primary goal is to effectively manage campus enrollment activities to meet enrollment targets, and the secondary goal is to provide services that ensure student retention, parent satisfaction, and a school culture focused on student success and parental involvement.
