About The Position

Grow Early Learning is seeking a Family Child Care Manager to oversee the management and operation of their Family Child Care Homes (FCCH). This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS) and state licensing standards for Family Child Care Homes. The manager will also collaborate with subject matter experts to implement service and system design for FCCH.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field.
Five years of experience in early childhood management.
Experience with state licensing regulations for childcare centers/campuses.
One year of supervisory experience.
Experience with Family Child Care Homes.
Experience with Head Start and/or Nonprofit organizations.

Nice To Haves

Master’s in early childhood education or related field.
Three years of experience in early childhood management.
One year of supervisory experience.
Family Child Care Homes and Head Start and/or Nonprofit experience.
Experience working with Latino community.
Knowledge of the Latino migrant farmworker culture/lifestyle.
Head Start experience.
Bilingual (Spanish/English).
