About The Position
We are actively hiring Qualified Behavioral Health Provider Staff in the Independence County area to provide Family Centered Treatment (FCT). SPARC has been providing Family Centered Treatment in North Carolina since 2015, and we're now expanding our mission into VA and AR. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, sociology, or a related human services field.
- Minimum of 1 year of accumulated experience working with children/adolescents in the mental health field.
Nice To Haves
- FCT experience qualifies for higher starting salaries.
- FCT certification within 6 months will receive a $1,500 bonus.
- FCT certification within 9 months will receive a $1,000 bonus.
