About The Position
We are actively hiring Qualified Behavioral Health Provider Staff in the Ash Flat area to provide Family Centered Treatment (FCT). SPARC has been providing Family Centered Treatment in North Carolina since 2015, and we're now expanding our mission into VA and AR. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, sociology, or a related human services field
- Minimum of 1 year of accumulated experience working with children/adolescents in the mental health field
- No prior FCT experience is required
Nice To Haves
- FCT experience qualifies for higher starting salaries
- Complete FCT certification within 6 months for a $1,500 bonus
- Complete FCT certification within 9 months for a $1,000 bonus
