About The Position
Healthcare Plus supports family caregivers in La Salle and Putnam Counties by helping them turn the care they already provide into a steady wage. This program is designed for individuals already caring for a family member who may not be aware of available support. The program aims to provide fair pay, necessary tools, and comprehensive support, allowing caregivers to continue caring for their loved ones at home while managing the administrative details. The service area includes La Salle, Peru, Ottawa, and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Currently caring for a family member.
- Reside in or serve La Salle and Putnam Counties.
Responsibilities
