About The Position
A wonderful family in the West Village is seeking a part-time live-out Family Assistant for approximately 28 hours a week. The schedule is Monday through Thursday 12pm-7pm. The family has 2 children ages 4-years-old and 7-years-old who are in school full-time. They have 1 dog.
Requirements
- Ability to cook simple, healthy meals
- Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks
- Ability to manage family laundry
- Ability to perform school pickups
- Experience assisting with children's routines

- Experience with dogs
Responsibilities
- Cooking family dinners (simple, healthy meals with leftovers for lunches)
- Light housekeeping (kitchen tidiness, loading/unloading dishwasher, wiping counters, light vacuuming/sweeping, organizing children's areas)
- Family laundry
- School pickup
- Assisting with children's afternoon/evening routine (bath and dinner)
