Family Assistant / House Manager

Sage HausGlen Ellyn, IL
Onsite

About The Position

We’re a busy household with two school-age kids, a sweet dog, and schedules that often feel like they’re pulling in four different directions at once. Both parents have demanding careers, and while we have good systems in place, weekday afternoons and evenings are where things tend to get stretched. We’re organized and proactive, and we’re looking for someone who brings that same energy. Our home has a warm, friendly vibe, and we want whoever joins us to feel like a trusted partner, not just someone working in the background. At the same time, we respect each other’s time and focus. With work calls, activities, and tight schedules often overlapping, we value someone who can read the room, take initiative, and confidently keep things moving. Clear, straightforward communication is important to us. We want to build a relationship where expectations are clear, feedback goes both ways, and everyone feels comfortable speaking up and making adjustments along the way. Ultimately, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting a family and wants to build a positive, long-term working relationship with us.
