Family Assessment Worker - Healthy Families
About The Position
The Villages is seeking dedicated individuals to provide client-centered and culturally competent family support services to children and their families through the Healthy Families program. The Family Assessment Worker (FAW) will conduct in-home parent assessment/interviews, collect data, and assess client needs. They will provide child development, family safety, and community resources to families, act as a liaison between Healthy Families and resource and referral agencies, and demonstrate self-motivation to assure contact expectations for each family are met. The role also involves advocating for parents and children in the community and participating in community special events.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in working with and /or providing services to children and families and community agencies
Responsibilities
