About The Position
Tryfacta is seeking a Family and General Practitioners for our client in Brooklyn NY 11203. This is a 2-year contract assignment.
Requirements
- SER and SEL clearance
- Fingerprint screening
- Medicare & Medicaid enrollment verification
- Verification of qualifications and experience
- DEA certification verification
- KPC credentialing and privileging
- Measles (Rubeola) titer
- Mumps titer
- Rubella titer
- Hepatitis B titer
- TB skin test documentation
- Influenza vaccination (required during flu season: October–May)
- Valid license to practice medicine in the State of New York.
- Valid DEA (Federal Narcotics) registration number.
- Active Medicare and Medicaid enrollment in New York State.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Perform comprehensive patient examinations.
- Obtain and document patient medical histories.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging.
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications.
- Provide preventive care and patient education.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
