Under the direction of the Director of Parish Ministry (DPM), implements and oversees a comprehensive Faith Formation program for all ages across Parish Family 16, with a goal of forming lifelong disciples rooted in a relationship with Christ and His Church, with a special focus on families and children. This position is both missionary and relational, responsible for forming programs and small groups based on the teachings of the Catholic Church, and which foster people’s encounter with Jesus Christ, His Church, and each other. The Ideal Candidate A prayer-centered person who is committed to the mission of Jesus Christ and His Church to a world that is seeking Him. This person can build strong relationships, take initiative, is able to see projects through to completion, and collaborate effectively with clergy, staff, and key volunteers. Ability to confidently lead and participate in prayer with individuals and groups is essential. This role floats between the ministry of evangelization and the ministry of administration, and the ideal candidate will feel comfortable both organizing people, projects, and administrative systems.
