About The Position
Family Advocate Social Worker needed for full-time, temporary position in Philadelphia County. Seeking a compassionate Family Advocate Social Worker to provide trauma-informed, family-centered case management to families experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
Requirements
- BSW required
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience in case management, family services, or a related human services setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments
- Developing individualized service plans
- Coordinating housing and community resources
- Advocating for client needs
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support family stability and self-sufficiency through a Housing First approach
