Requirements

• Associate's degree in social work or related field.
• 2 years' experience with families and children ages, birth to five.
• Must be able to pass a background check, pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful support through individual, family, and group therapy.
• Collaborate with a network of caring professionals.
• Plan and implement family events.
• Collaborate with community partners and attend community events.
• Recruit and enroll children and families.
• Assess family needs, goal setting, and make community referrals.
• Maintain required follow-up and documentation.
• Relate positively with young children and families.
