The Adult Clinician assesses adults affected by interpersonal violence and develops individualized treatment plans with measurable goals. They provide ongoing counseling using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, CPT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing. The role requires accurate, timely documentation that meets organizational, regulatory, and Joint Commission standards. Clinicians also coordinate referrals for specialized services and collaborate with family-focused programs to support clients with children, ensuring integrated, trauma-informed, and family-centered care. Provides general child and family advocacy, interventions, counseling support, and prevention services, as a part of a multidisciplinary team, for individuals and families at The Center For Family Safety and Healing.
