The Family Advisor successfully leads the resident recruitment process by establishing and cultivating meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families, identifying individual candidate’s needs. This role involves developing and maintaining productive internal and external marketing strategies, including managing referral sources and community relationships. The advisor is responsible for maintaining occupancy levels, tracking and trending resident movements, serving as the central point of contact for all prospective residents, and managing the admission/assessment process in collaboration with the community management team.
