Families Together is an innovative therapeutic program that provides voluntary, strength-based, home visiting services throughout Santa Cruz County in an effort to increase safety, improve parent-child relationships, and support healthy child development. Encompass Community Services is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee the Families Together Program. This position is full-time non-exempt, 32 hours per week. The ideal candidate has both administrative oversight experience as well as strong clinical experience with systems-involved families. The Manager of Families Together monitors contract, multiple budgets, and supports the team to meet contracted outcomes, performance and professional development goals, along with maintaining positive partner relationships, and serving as a strong leader in the Encompass Integrated Behavioral Health Youth & Family service area.
