About The Position

This is a fall term internship position, running from September to December 2026, within the Tax and Estate Planning team at Mackenzie Investments, a part of IGM Financial Inc. The role is based in the Montréal office and supports the Tax & Estate Planning team across Canada. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a graduate program in Tax
• Interest for a career in Tax and Estate Planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Creativity and innovation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

• Candidates in a graduate diploma in Tax, Master in Tax or In-Depth Tax Program (IDTP)

Responsibilities

• Respond to general inquiries through the Tax & Estate Planning Inboxes
• Assist with project work dependent on business initiatives
• Create and edit presentations and proposals as required
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Research, analyze, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management
