Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong systems‑level understanding; an engineering background is preferred.
  • Comfortable operating in customer‑facing contexts with a high degree of ambiguity.
  • High credibility and effectiveness when working with design and engineering teams.
  • Demonstrates a strong bias toward documentation, knowledge capture, and pattern recognition.
  • French is mandatory; knowledge of English is required to communicate with our international clients.
  • Able to travel worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first‑line owner for customer issues related to delivered integration systems.
  • Provide direct customer support for bench operation, system configuration, troubleshooting, and usage questions not covered by generic support channels.
  • Triage incoming customer issues by filtering, qualifying, and escalating only genuine design‑related issues to Engineering.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of program‑specific system architectures, including known limitations, constraints, and approved workarounds.
  • Capture recurring customer and field issues and provide structured, actionable feedback to Engineering teams.
  • Support structured ownership transfer activities during delivery close‑out to ensure continuity between delivery, support, and operational teams.
