About The Position

The Faculty Support and Assessment Coordinator coordinates the Assurance of Learning (AoL) activities across the Maine Business School in accordance with AACSB Standards. This includes determining proper measurement tools in collaboration with senior leadership and faculty, distribution and completion of assessments, and organizing and analyzing data to complete the process. This position provides excellent faculty support services to all full-time and cooperating faculty in the Maine Business School. This role creates, maintains, integrates, and delivers detailed project work plans through coordinating the faculty support needs of 30+ full-time faculty and many cooperating faculty. This position also assists, as needed, with event planning and student employment activities. This position has a 10-month work year, typically August 15 – June 15, and a starting annual salary of $38,000.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One or more years of relevant experience.

  • Assists with event planning and student employment activities as needed.
