Emory University is seeking applications for tenured and tenure-track faculty positions at the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing, specifically targeting mid-career and senior externally funded scholars. The School is committed to advancing its mission of educating visionary nurse leaders and scholars, generating and applying knowledge, and transforming healthcare. While specialization in areas such as Health Informatics, Data Science/AI in healthcare, environmental/climate science, neuroscience/dementia, aging/caregiving, global health, clinical research (including Women’s Health, Diabetes Care, Oncology, Cardiovascular, Renal, Brain Health, Symptom Science), and Social Determinants of Health is welcomed, well-qualified individuals with other specializations are encouraged to apply. Preference is given to individuals from the discipline of nursing. The School actively fosters research leadership and collaborative relationships within Emory’s Health Sciences Center and with other strong interdisciplinary initiatives. Collaborative opportunities also exist with other Emory schools, Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgia State University, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Appointments may be made at the ranks of Associate or Full Professor, commensurate with experience.
