About The Position

The Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University is seeking a full-time faculty member to teach nutrition to pre-nursing students. This role is a prerequisite for entry into the nursing major and may expand to full-time as the School develops more nutrition-focused courses and programs. The position requires teaching on Emory's main campus in Atlanta, Georgia, and also on Emory’s Oxford College campus, located approximately 35 miles away. The School is dedicated to fostering a diverse faculty to support its mission of educating visionary leaders, generating knowledge, and transforming nursing and healthcare systems locally and globally.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in dietetics or human nutrition from an accredited university/college.
• Position tasks are required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location; working remote is not an option.

Nice To Haves

• RD (Registered Dietitian) credential.
• Terminal degree (PhD, EdD, DCN).
• Teaching experience.

Responsibilities
