Tenure Steam Faculty Position in Information Systems and Technology Management
About The Position
The University of Pittsburgh School of Business invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level in our Information Systems and Technology Management (ISTM) area starting Fall 2026. The position requires a strong commitment to excellence in scholarly research and teaching, with evidence of potential in both. The successful hire will be required to maintain Scholarly Academic (SA) faculty qualification status in accordance with AACSB guidelines. We welcome applicants with expertise in all research and methodological domains spanning the full breadth of the Information Systems and Technology Management discipline.
Requirements
- Ph.D. degree (or ABD with completion prior to Fall 2026) in a relevant field.
- Strong record of high-quality publications (for advanced Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level).
- Demonstrated teaching experience (for advanced Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level).
- Commitment to excellence in scholarly research and teaching.
- Expertise in any research and methodological domains within Information Systems and Technology Management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scholarly research and maintain Scholarly Academic (SA) faculty qualification status in accordance with AACSB guidelines.
- Engage in teaching within the Information Systems and Technology Management discipline.
