The Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at the University of Minnesota is seeking a Transplant Hepatologist at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank on an academic or master clinician track. This role offers the opportunity to become an integral team member within an academic division dedicated to cutting-edge and patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will have an interest in continuing the development of our hepatology and transplant hepatology programs. Responsibilities include inpatient attending on the liver service at the M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center and outpatient liver clinics at the M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center in Minneapolis. The position involves providing consultations and outreach activities, developing a clinical research program, and actively participating in the academic missions of the Department of Medicine and the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition. There are ample opportunities to teach medical students, residents, and Gastroenterology fellows, with support for continued development through educational conferences, CME, and collaboration with top specialists.
